Treatment

Accurate Termite and Pest Control inspectors are also licensed to perform treatment and remove hives. These specialists wear protective gear covering their head and entire bodies during the entire process.

Upon completion of the inspection process the inspector consults with the client. The solution to the problem may be treatment – killing the insects through the application of specialty products — or hive removal, or both.

Treatment varies depending upon the type of pest; different treatments are required for bees, wasps and yellow jackets. Treatment generally requires several visits, because more than one application is usually need to kill an entire colony of bees or other insects. It can take as long as two weeks to complete the process.
