Hive Removal

Removing a bee hive can be a complex and risky activity, a job for the licensed personnel at Accurate Termite and Pest Control who specialize in hive removal, as well as inspection and treatment.

The first step in removing a hive is to kill the insects occupying the hive or nest. If the bees have been in a location for several years the hive may be huge, and require extensive treatment and several visits.

Hive removal depends on the type of pest – wasp and hornet nests do not have honey, whereas beehives are often full of honey that needs to be removed or disposed of to avoid later problems with mold or attracting other insects.
