  Inspection
WDO
inspections – wood-destroying organism inspections—is
the actual term for a “termite inspection.” Wood-destroying
organisms include termites and anything else that eats wood, including
wood destroying beetles, carpenter beetles, carpenter ants, carpenter
bees, and wood rot.
Termite inspections are a large part of our business. We service
both buyers and sellers, home owner associations, property managers
and realtors. Often termite inspections are a part of the sale
of a home; we gladly bill our inspections through escrow.
It is often difficult for a homeowner to verify the quality
of a termite inspection. At Accurate Termite
and Pest Control our
WDO inspections offer the following advantages:
- We don’t rush. Our schedulers allow adequate time for
a complete inspection, and know that extra time is often necessary.
- All of our inspectors are licensed,
and most of them are operators, which is a higher licensing
level than is required by the state for an inspection.
- Some companies rush the job and only look for termites; our
inspectors look for anything that will destroy the wood and
degrade the integrity of the wood.
- We inspect everything, homes and condominiums, commercial
and industrial buildings, we will inspect literally anything.
Once we inspected and then fumigated a single board.
- We offer different levels of inspections, from limited inspections
to full inspections, as needed and as specified.
- As a Licensed General Contractor, we offer repairs as well
as inspection.
- We will get the inspection report to the customer within
one business day after the inspection.
- Rush job? Tell the scheduler and we’ll try to get out
as soon as you need us.
- We schedule appointments within a 30 minute window.
- We are fully licensed, bonded and insured.
