Don’t give cockroaches and other pests a convenient nesting place in your home! Put your plastic and paper grocery bags from the store in a sealed one gallon zipping plastic bag.

Checking out your wood pile in preparation for fall? Black widow spiders love to nest in woodpiles. Always wear gloves when handling firewood.

Inspection

Insects, rodents, and wood-destroying organisms such as termites disrupt the enjoyment of your home and also threaten your safety and your investment in your home.

Instead of trying to identity small crawling, flying or web-spinning pests, and self-applying chemical products, you may decide to call a professional pest control service. Accurate Termite and Pest Control has been providing such services for years.

The first step in eliminating pests from your environment is a thorough pest control inspection by a licensed inspector. The inspector will perform a thorough interior inspection including all rooms of the home, plus attics and garages. Exterior inspection is equally complete, including not only the perimeter but also eaves, door jambs, planters, the trash disposal location, pools and spas.

We inspect for a wide variety of pests, including ants, earwigs, silverfish, sow bugs, spiders, roaches, crickets, rats and mice, gophers and ground and squirrels. Take a look at our Pest Gallery to put a name to a pest that you have spotted.

We provide a complete inspection report and discuss your options to eliminate the pests, including one-time treatment and maintenance service.

It is often difficult for the property owner to verify the quality of a pest inspection. At Accurate Termite and Pest Control our pest inspections offer the following advantages:

  • We don’t rush. Our schedulers allow adequate time for a complete inspection, and know that extra time is often necessary;
  • All of our inspectors are licensed, and most of them are operators, which is a higher licensing level than is required by the state for an inspection;
  • Some companies rush the job and only look for the pest that has prompted the homeowner to call; our inspectors provide a complete examination of your premises for all possible pests, visible or hidden;
  • Rush job? Tell the scheduler and we’ll try to get out as soon as you need us.
  • We schedule appointments within a two-hour window.
  • The company is fully licensed, bonded and insured.
