Many of our customers prefer to work with a particular inspector, operator or field representative and we gladly schedule our field staff to maintain those personal relationships.

We are proud to offer the following guarantees of our work:

• Termite work – One-year guarantee of local treatments against reinfestation in the treated area. If there is a reinfestation we will retreat the area at no charge.
• Fumigations - Two-year warranty against active reinfestation. If there is active infestation found after the fumigation we will refumigate at no charge.
• Pest control treatment – If pests return within 60 days of treatment, after a reasonable period for the treatment product to take effect, we will re-treat at no charge.
• General contracting – One-year warranty on woodwork and wood replacement, and one-year warranty against leakage after repair of a moisture leak.
