  Fumigation
Fumigation,
often called “tenting”, is a common way of ridding
a structure of termites and other pests, such as wood-destroying
beetles.
A primary advantage of fumigation is that the pests are eradicated,
because the gas product can permeate areas that are inaccessible
with local treatment. However, once the tent is removed the termites
may swarm back to the structure, because there is no residual
product left behind to continue controlling the pests.
An alternative to fumigation is local
treatment, which provides
residual protection and is often a lower cost than fumigation.
Accurate Termite and Pest Control offers both local treatment
and fumigation. We will recommend the most cost-effective service
for the structure.
All fumigations include a two-year warranty against evidence of
active infestation. |
